refunds

if what you bought isn't good, email support@meetmochi.ai within seven days and we'll refund what you paid. no form, no questions, no “what specifically was wrong”.

if a recap video you paid for cannot be made, its part is refunded automatically, without you having to ask: all of it if you bought the video alone, the difference if you bought it with the report. the report is yours either way.

you keep the report. asking for it back would be theatre — you have already read it.

refunds go back to the card you paid with and take a few days to appear, which is Stripe's timing, not ours.
